1 lb ground beef
1 4 oz can chopped olives
1 16 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 pkg Lawrys spaghetti sauce mix (1 1/2 oz size)
1 T dehydrated onion flakes
1 3 oz can mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg lasagna noodles
2 cups cottage cheese
8 ounces each monterey jack and mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, drain and cool lasagna noodles.
Brown meat and drain; add olives, tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix, onion, mushrooms, garlic powder and simmer 30 minutes.
In a 13" X 9" pan sprayed with Pam layer cooked noodles, spread 1/3 of meat sauce, layer 1/2 of cottage cheese and 1/2 of each cheese. Repeat layers ending with the meat sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
