4 green or red bell peppers
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1/2 onion, chopped
1 8 oz can corn, drained
1/4 tsp each salt & pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 14 oz can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peppers, but off tops & remove seeds.
Saute ground meat and drain; add corn, salt & pepper and mix well.
Stuff peppers with meat mixture and top with cheese.
Blend soup with 1/2 can of water and pour over peppers.
Cover and cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with cooked noodles or rice.
