3/4 cup cooked shrimp 1/3 cup cheddar cheese, grated 2 T mayonnaise 1 T sherry 1/4 tsp each salt & pepper 8 slices bread, toasted
Toast bread and cut into quarter; in small bowl mix together the shrimp, cheese, mayonnaise, sherry and salt & pepper. Spread 1-2 T of mixture on toast quarter and place on baking sheet under broiler until bubbly (1-2 minutes).
