1/2 cup jalapeņo peppers, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 T dried oregano
1 tsp pepper
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
2 T salt
2 T sugar
2 tsp flour or cornstarch
