1 8 oz jar marinated dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup prunes, pitted & chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/3 cup kalamata olives, pitted & chopped
13 cup pine nuts, toasted
1 T capers
1 1/3 cups goat or feta cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
6 large flour tortillas
2 cups fresh basil, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain jar of tomatoes, keeping 2 T of marinade; combine with onion in skillet and saute over medium heat 5 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, prunes and garlic and cook 1 minute.
Toast pinenuts for 10 minutes in 375º oven.
Blend in processor the onions, tomatoes,prunes & garlic mixtures; add olives and pine nuts and blend. Stir in capers.
In small bowl mix together goat cheese & cream cheese; spread on tortillas, then top with tomato/olive mixture. Top with basil leaves.
Tightly roll up tortillas, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
To serve cut each roll into about 10 slices.
