1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 6 oz jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
6 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
18 tsp dried oregano
dash tabasco sauce
2 cups cheddar cheese
1-2 tsp dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan, saute onion & garlic in marinade from 1 jar of artichokes.
Beat together in bow the eggs, bread crumbs, salt & pepper, oregano, tabasco sauce; stir in cheese & parsley.
Pour into 13" X 9" pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 325º for 30 minutes; cut into squares and serve hot or cold.
