1 16 oz can artichoke bottoms
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, pressed
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dice the artichoke bottoms and mix with all ingredients.
Put in 9" X 9" casserole or baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
Serve with french bread cubes or crackers
