5 large sausage links, fully cooked & cut into pieces
1/2 cup dried tomatoes, rehydrated & cut up (or 4 regular tomatoes)
1 T olive oil
1 tsp dried tarragon
3/4 cup vermouth or marsala
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup heavy cream or half & half
1 lb pasta
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Cook pasta while making the sauce.
Heat sausage in large frying pan with olive oil for 3 minutes; add tomatoes and tarragon, cook 1 minute.
Add vermouth, chicken broth and cream and simmer;
Toss with pasta and top with cheese.
