3/4 cup olive oil
2 T lemon juice
2 T balsamic vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp sugar
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp each salt & peppr
12 tomatoes, sliced thin
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 stalks green onion, chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Make dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar,mustard, sugar, garlic, salt & pepper.
Slice tomatoes in a 13" X 9" pan, pour dressing over and top with green onions, basil, cheese.
