1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
1 t. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped dates
3 cups chopped raw apples
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. c. oil, cream. Add 3 eggs mix well. 3 cups flour, 1 t. cinnamon, 1 t. salt, 1 t. soda. Combine dry ingredients add to egg mixture gradually. Add 1 t. vanilla, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped dates, 3 cups chopped raw apples, 1 c. nuts
Bake 300º ten inch tube pan, 1 1/2 to 2 hours
