8 oz. package egg noodles
1 lb. hamburger
1 cup chopped onion
1 30-32 oz jar or can of spaghetti sauce
2 cups water
1 tbl sugar
8-12 oz Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
place dry noodles in greased 9x13 cake pan
place browned hamburger, onions, sauce, water and sugar on dry noodles. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover pan tightly and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.

Debbie Wensloff and I have made this recipe for years. Our family would visit the Wensloffs' almost every Saturday evening and we would take turns preparing the meal. This fed nine of us very nicely.
