2 c. flour
1 c. molasses
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine (softened)
1 egg
1 t. soda, ginger, cinnamon
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put all in bowl with mixer at low speed beat till blended. Increase speed to medium beat 3 min
Bake 325 one hour or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.
