2 Pork Tenderloins
4 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tbsp. Salt
2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place pork tenderloins side by side in glass casserole dish. Combine chili powder, salt, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Rub all of the seasoning over the entire surface of the tenderloins. Bake 30 minutes or until well done (170 degrees F). Remove from oven; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes.
