1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 mashed garlic clove
few sprinkles of dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade for a 1 1/2 - 2 # top round steak or London Broil.
Puncture the meat; place it in a glass dish (or large zip loc bag) and pour over the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 24 - 48 hours. Turn the meat occasionally. Broil or grill.
