3 egg whites
2 1/4 c sugar
1/8 t salt
1/2 C water
1 T light corn syrup
1 1/2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, salt, water and corn syrup top of double boiler. Beat 1 min. Place over boiling water and beat constantly for 7 minutes (until stiff peaks). Scraping sides. Remove and let cool.
