2 Tbsp Olive or vegetable oil 1-1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes 2 garlic gloves, finely chopped 2 cups chopped cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes 1/2 cup dry white wine or apple juice 1/2 pound uncooked spaghetti 1-1/2 tsp dried basil flakes Parmesan cheese to taste
1. Heat the oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat. Saute parsley, garlic and basil in the oil until garlic is golden 2. Stir in the tomatoes and wine/apple juice. Heat until boiling then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occassionally. 3. Cook spaghetti as directed on package and drain. 4. Mix spaghetti and sauce. Sprinkle with the cheese to taste.
