1 c. shortening 1 1/3 c. peanut butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 2 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, unbeaten 1 tsp. vanilla
Cream the shortening and peanut butter together. Add the eggs and vanilla. Then add the br. sugar and white sugar. Add the flour with the salt and soda. Mix well. Form into small balls place on cookie sheet and press crisscross with a fork. Bake 350º for 15 mins.
