10 inch graham cracker pie crust (extra serving one)
3 pkgs (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
9 inch pie:

9 inch graham cracker pie crust
2 pkgs (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together; adding 1 egg at a time. Beat for 20 minutes. Fill graham cracker crust. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes.
