1 lb. lean ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp basil
1 lb. can tomatoes, diced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 - 6 oz. cans tomato paste
3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 beaten eggs
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
10 oz. lasagna noodles

Cook noodles until tender.
Meat sauce: Fry ground beef, spoon off fat. Add garlic & brown. Add basil, tomatoes, 1 tsp. salt, pepper, tomato paste.
Cheese filling: Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, parsley, eggs.
Layer noodles, cheese filling, mozzarella cheese, & meat sauce in casserole dish. Repeat. Bake 375 for 30 minutes.
