4 Cups Flour
1/2 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast
1 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup warm water
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
3 Tablespoon Honey

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl place 3 cups flour. in a large microwaveable cup put milk, water, honey and oil. Heat in micowave for about 1 min or until it is heated to about 115º.
Add salt and yeast to flour then pour warm liquid over the flour and stur until mixed well. Add last cup of flour and stur and then mix with hands until it forms a ball. If you need to add more flour little by little until it isn't sticky anymore. Pour it our on a floured board and kneed for 5 min.
Put back in bowl and cover with a towel, let rest (rise) for 10 min.
Put it back on floured board and with a rolling pen, roll it out until about 1/2 in thick. Use a large 3 inch cutter to cut circles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Use Olive Oil to oil the tops of the buns. Cover them with a towel and let rise in a warm place for about 30 min.
Bake at 400º for about 15 to 20 min.

These buns are fantastic for hamburgers, sandwiches and cut oblong for hot dogs. Or just cut small for dinner rolls.
Can also be make into Cinnamon Rolls.
