1 loaf frozen bread
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 T. cinnamon


Glaze:
1 t. vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 T. milk

Preparation Time: 20 minutes plus overnight prep

The night before, remove frozen loaf and let thaw and rise overnight on greased cookie sheet. Also leave butter out to soften overnight.

The next morning, at least 1 hour before you want to serve, prepare rolls as follows:
Preheat oven to 350º. Press risen dough out on the cookie sheet into a rectangle, covering the cookie sheet. Spread softened butter all over the dough. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Roll dough on itself starting with longest side of dough. Cut into 8 rolls. Place rolls in greased 9x13 pan. Set on top of the oven or a warm place for 15-20 min. Let rise again. Place in preheated oven for 30 min. During baking, in a small bowl mix powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Pour glaze over rolls immediately after removing from oven.
