2 med. green bell peppers
1 med. red bell pepper
2 lg. tomatoes
2 med. onions
1 head of garlic
1 c. cilantro, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from peppers. Chop peppers, tomatoes, and onions into small pieces that will fit into a food processor or blender. Peel garlic cloves and mince. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until ingredients are tiny pieces. Place in a one-quart jar and refrigerate or freeze in freezer bags.
