1/2 C butter
1 C sugar
2 egg whites
dash salt
3 C pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 13x9x2 inch pan Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Gradually add sugar and salt, beat very stiff and fold in pecans. Spread into prepared pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until butter is absorbed and brown. Stir at 10 minute intervals Cool completely and store in air-tight container
