1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Shape into rolls, wrap in wax paper. Chill overnight. Slice and bake at 375º for 10 mins.

Frosting:
3 T. soft butter
1 T. hot coffee
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Frost cookies while hot
