1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oil (Not canola)
1 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the sugar, brown sugar, oil, and butter together. Add the egg and vanilla, then the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Fold in the Rice Krispies. Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet & flatten with buttered sugar glass.(Dip buttered glass into small dish of sugar) Don't press hard; roll the glass back & forth. Bake at 350º for 10 mins.
