2 c. milk 2 sticks oleo 1 pkg dry yeast 3/4 c. warm water 3/4 c. sugar 1 egg 6 c. sifted flour 1 t. salt
Scald 2c. milk. Add 2 sticks oleo. Set aside. Dissolve 1 pkg dry yeast in 3/4 c. warm water, stir until dissolved add 3/4 c. sugar. Beat one egg add to milk then beat in yeast mixture. Add 3 c. sifted flour, 1 t. salt. Let rise 1 hour. Add 3 more cups flour. Work out let rise 45 min.
