1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben’s long grain and wild rice
2 Tbsp. butter or oil
1 cup diced green bell pepper
1 cup diced onion
1 cup sliced celery
1 1/2 lbs. cooked shrimp
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup white wine
Minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook rice, according to package directions and set aside. Saute green pepper, onion and celery in butter or oil until tender. Combine with rice and all ingredients, except parsley. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch casserole or a round 2 qt casserole. Cover and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with minced parsley.
