4 pork chops (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
4 thin onion slices
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 thin lemon slices or 1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 c. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.; season chops with salt. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top each chop with onion and lemon slice or juice. Put tablespoon of sugar and ketchup on top of each chop. Cover with foil for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minute more. Baste occasionally.
