1 lb. white crab meat, flaked
1 large egg beaten
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp tabasco
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp salt
juice of half lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and form into 8 patties 2 inches in diameter. Better if chilled for a few hours. Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
