2 whole chicken breasts skinned, boned and cut into strips
4 T. flour
salt and pepper to taste
5 T. olive oil
juice of two lemons
1/3 c. white wine
1 tsp pepper, freshly ground
1/3 c. fresh parsley chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Flour chicken and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil until fragrant. Brown chicken strips for approximately 3 minutes in olive oil. Sprinkle with lemon juice, wine, pepper, and parsley Simmer for three minutes. Serve with seasoned rice. Serves 3 to 4.
