1/2 c. flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 to 3 lb broiler chicken, cut up
2 c light cream
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Place skin sides down in ungreased baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Pour cream over chicken. bake uncovered 45 minutes, turn. Bake until thickest pieces are done, 30 to 45 minutes. Do not over bake. Place chicken on warm platter. Stir enough hot water or milk into baking dish, if necessary, to give sauce desired consistency, pour over chicken and sprinkle with paprika. 4 or 5 servings.
