1 lb. sea scallops
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup bread crumbs
juice from one lemon
1/2 tsp garlic powder, paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse Scallops in Cold Water and Drain in Colander. Melt Butter in Saucepan or Microwave and add Lemon Juice. Add Parsley and Garlic Powder, Stir. Place Scallops in Oven-Safe Cooking Dish. Pour Butter Sauce over Scallops. Sprinkle lightly with Bread Crumbs and Paprika. Place in preheated broiler. Cook 6-8 minutes or until Scallops lose their glassy shine. Do not overcook.
