1/2 c. diced celery
1 sm onion diced
2 T. butter
1 qt. milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 pt. oysters

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery and onion in butter until tender, add milk and salt. Let mike get hot but do not boil. Add oysters and their juice; cook gently until edges of oysters begin to curl. Serve at once.
