1 pkg. California Blend vegetables
2 cubed potatoes
1 diced onion
1 qt. water
3 chicken bullion cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, vegetables, potatoes, onion, and bullion cubes to a boil. Simmer about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Stir in cream of chicken soup and Velveeta and heat through.
