SEASONING:
Creole Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Season the night before. Preheat oven 400. Place roast in shallow roasting pan and cook for 2 hours or when skin is dark brown. Skin will harden when out of the oven.
