1 2/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
1 1/12 TSR. baking soda
1 TSR. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 TSR. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º degrees. Grease pan(s).
Measure all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Blend 1/2 mixture low speed, beat 3 minutes high speed. Pour into pan(s).
Bake 13 x 9 inch pan for 35-40 minute, or for cake layer pans, 30-40 minutes.
