This recipe for Easy Excellent Baked Fish Fillets, by Karen Moilanen, is from The Kloss Family Cookbook Project,

1 lb. fish fillets 1 tbs. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. paprika
1 tbs. butter 1 tbs. flour Dash salt and pepper 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs 1 tbs. snipped parsley
Cut fillets in serving pieces. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. Add milk; cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Pour sauce over fillets. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Trim with parsley.
