1 or 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
3/4 cup onions finely chopped
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp oregano
2 cans tomato soup
1 can spaghetti sauce (Hunts 4 cheese 680 ml)
1 box lasagna noodles
1 pint cottage cheese (optional)
1/2 lb grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp vinegar
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan brown ground beef and cook onions & garlic. Add soup and spaghetti sauce, vinegar and oregano. Simmer 30 minutes, stir occasionally. Cook lasagna noodles until tender and drain. In baking dish arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and cheese. top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
