1/4 cup olive oil
1 lb. crabmeat
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 lb. cooked and peeled shrimp
2 sticks butter
3 cloves minced garlic
1 large onion, chopped fine
2 cartons whipping cream
salt and pepper
Cajun seasoning
12 ozs. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. angel hair pasta

Melt butter and olive oil. Saute garlic and onion until soft. Cook pasta. Add crabmeat, shrimp and crawfish to onion and garlic. Saute about 10 minutes. Slowly add whipping cream Saute another 10 minutes. Add seasonings during saute. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Drain pasta. Combine pasta with sauce. Pour into a pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
