1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup light brown sugar, packed firmly
1/2 cup plain flour
3 large eggs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients. Make well in center. Beat eggs. Add butter and cream well. Add to dry ingredients by placing in center well. Stir, mixing just until moistened. Spoon into foil or paper cupcake cups. Fill only 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 9 to 12 muffins or 24 mini muffins.
