1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
2 small boxes of vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened-but cool)
1 - 12 oz. container Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up cookies until really fine and it looks like dirt into a separate bowl. Then in another glass bowl mix vanilla, pudding, and milk. Add cream cheese and make sure that it is not lumpy. You want it to be soft. Mix well. Then add both sugars, Cool Whip, and mix everything up very well so everything on the bottom is creamed in. Next, in a 9 x 13 inch dish start to layer cookies on bottom, then pour in the entire mixture and finish with cookies on top. Refrigerate.
