1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
2 cups chopped apples
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
3 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup chopped turkey

Directions:

Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

In a large skillet melt butter. Add curry powder, then apples, onions and peanuts. Saute for 10 minutes. Add salt and flour. Gradually add milk and stir until thick. Add turkey. Serve over rice.
