Ingredients:  
1 gallon peeled and sliced apples
1 # margarine
1 quart grated cheddar cheese
1-quart sugar
1-quart flour
lemon juice and cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Spread apples in bottom of large shallow pan (a roasting pan works well)
Sprinkle the apples lightly with lemon juice and cinnamon. Melt the margarine,
mix with all other ingredients and spread over the apples. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes
