1 # hamburger
6-6” flour tortillas
1 4 oz can diced green chilies
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup enchilada sauce
¼ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp sugar
1 14 oz tomatoes
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
½ cup Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onions; drain. Stir in tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar and Enchilada sauce. Simmer 5 minutes Pour half of meat mixture into a 12x7” baking dish. Soften tortillas (if needed) in microwave. (Don’t overdo).
Spread tortillas with cream cheese and top with chilies. Roll up and lay over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas.
Bake covered at 350 for 15 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes (or until cheese is melted).
