1 pre-made pie crust
6 slices bacon, cook and break into small pieces
¼ cup chopped white onion
4 oz fresh or frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1 ½ cup grated Swiss cheese
3 large eggs
1 ½ cup half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle sautéed onion and bacon onto uncooked pie shell. Add half of the grated Cheese. Sprinkle with cooled spinach. Add remaining grated cheese. Combine slightly beaten eggs and half & half. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
