1 large bag hash brown potatoes (30 oz)
¼ cup melted butter
2 cups sour cream
1 can (10 ¾ oz) cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cup shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to ungreased 9x13 pan.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-60 minutes, until it is bubbly. Mixture can be prepared the day before refrigerated and then baked the next day.

In Utah these potatoes are a must for all funeral dinners. They are wonderful, but could really use a better name. We eat them for Christmas dinner and Braden’s Birthday they are his favorite.
