1 head cauliflower
1# bacon cooked and crumbled
1 head lettuce
2 cups mayonnaise
1 sweet onion diced
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (canned)
cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients in order listed in large plastic bowl with a tight cover.
Put in refrigerator overnight. Toss just before serving. (use real bacon its worth it)
