Eggs (depending on the # you are feeding, approx. 1.5 eggs per taco.)
Shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese
blend
diced onions or green chilies
bacon,sausage or ham
Flour tortillas
fresh salsa (see Dino's Fresh Salsa recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
beat eggs, add approx 1/2 cup of shredded cheese per half dozen eggs, add onions and pour mixture into skillet coated with Pam or butter. Cook egg mixture to desired texture. Add to tortilla with meat and salsa! Enjoy
