2 lbs frozen hashbrowns
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp minced onions
1 can cream chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Topping (optional):
1/4 c melted butter
2 cups crushed cornflakes

Directions:

Mix main ingredients place in 9x13x2 pan in 350 oven for 45 - 60 hours.

Topping
Last 5-10 minutes top with topping and cook till crispy.

I love this recipe for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Add a couple cups of chopped ham for a main dish.
