12 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Line two baking sheets with foil, lightly grease. Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap. Flatten to 1/4 inch using a mallet or rolling pin. Stir oil, butter and mustard in a small bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow dish, stirring well. Dip chicken in oil mixture, dredge in bread crumb mixture and place on prepared pans. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
